This Hyatt is very convenient for our trips up to visit family. The lobby area has been recently remodeled and looks very nice. The included breakfast is very nice but is your typical hot breakfast buffet. The rooms are good sized and comfortable. I'm not sure how recently they changed out the mattresses but I found it to be very comfortable. Overall, nice stay and a good value.

Front Desk staff couldn’t have been any better. Friendly, helpful, considerate. Room was spacious and comfortable. Parking no problem, restaurant nearby, and hotel just off the freeway.

Excellent breakfast, great location, large clean room but restroom is exceedingly small. Hard to shut the door without bumping into the toilet. If you are somewhat larger in size this may not be the place for you. GREAT STAFF!!

Great location near shopping, restuarants, retail. Off a main road so super easy to find. Staff was helpful and were able to accommodate early check-in. Nice view of the mountain from the top floors. Parkin g was right out front.

The staff on Saturday April 12 was amazing. Checked in at 3pm. Forgot her name. But the young woman working the bar was just wonderful and fun. Make sure she knows it!! They all were great!!

The location was perfect. I also think the price was right along with the great amenities and cleanliness, not to mention the staff and how sweet they are.

The Front Desk staff were so friendly. We were greeted warmly and upon arrival were given a fruit infused glass of ice cold water. It was a personal touch and so refreshing! The rooms were spotless and beds super comfortable. I would highly recommend Hyatt Place.

The breakfast was great. The best breakfast ever had at any hotel we stayed at. Best staff I will highly recommend to others.
